By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the queen ph platform — including the website at queenph.site, any associated mobile interfaces, and all services offered therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between you as the user and queen ph as the platform operator. They apply to all activity on the platform, including account registration, deposits, wagering, game play, promotions, and withdrawals. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must not use the queen ph platform.

Using queen ph after any published amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. You may only open and use a queen ph account if all of the following conditions are met:

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

Queen ph is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine national ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Full cooperation with the verification process is a condition of continued account use.

Queen ph does not permit the use of accounts registered in another person's name. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the same name as the queen ph account holder.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your queen ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) generated during login or transactions. You must not share these with any other person under any circumstances.

Queen ph will never contact you by phone, email, or message to ask for your password or OTP. If you receive any such communication, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond. Report it to support@queenph.site immediately.

Any activity performed through your queen ph account while your credentials are valid will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify queen ph immediately and change your password. Queen ph accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the account holder has failed to maintain appropriate security over their credentials.

If you are using a shared or public device to access queen ph, ensure you log out fully after each session and do not save login credentials in the browser.

Queen ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances and transactions are denominated in Philippine pesos (₱).

Deposits are for entertainment purposes only. By depositing funds into your queen ph account, you confirm that the money deposited belongs to you, is not derived from criminal activity, and is allocated as a personal leisure budget rather than income, rent, utility funds, tuition, savings, or emergency reserves.

Funds deposited into your queen ph account cannot be transferred to another player's account. Account balances are non-transferable and non-negotiable except through the withdrawal process described in Section 6.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to individual payment method availability. Where a direct return is not possible, queen ph will contact you to arrange an alternative through a verified payment channel.

Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified under the same name as the registered queen ph account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Queen ph processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified on the payments information page of your account. Processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers may take longer than e-wallet withdrawals. Queen ph is not responsible for additional delays introduced by your bank or payment provider.

Any withdrawable balance arising from bonus fund activity is subject to the wagering requirements and maximum withdrawal limits stated in the applicable promotion terms at the time the bonus was claimed. Real-money deposits that have not been attached to any bonus are withdrawable subject only to completed identity verification.

Queen ph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of account activity for compliance purposes, or resolution of a disputed bet or transaction.

Queen ph reserves the right to void any bet in whole or in part in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on a market that was subsequently cancelled or suspended due to circumstances beyond queen ph's control, including but not limited to event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment.
• A technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed at the time the bet was placed.
• There is evidence of collusion, match manipulation, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of the event.
• The bet contravenes any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Where a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the player's queen ph account balance. Queen ph's decision on bet voidance is final, subject to the complaints procedure described in the FAQ section.

Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are specified in the individual sports or game section. These limits vary by sport, market type, and account tier.

Live or in-play betting allows players to place bets on markets during a live event. Queen ph makes every effort to maintain live market availability throughout qualifying events, but markets may be temporarily suspended during key moments — goal kicks, injury stoppages, video reviews, or similar events — and may be closed at any time at queen ph's discretion.

The result of a live bet is determined by the official result of the relevant event as recognised by queen ph's data provider. In cases of discrepancy between the live stream and the official result feed, the official result feed takes precedence.

Queen ph accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to a suspended or unavailable market. Players should ensure a stable internet connection before entering live markets, as connectivity issues are the responsibility of the player's own device and service provider.

Queen ph may offer promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, free bets, and seasonal or event-specific campaigns. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the queen ph Promotions page and must be read in full before claiming any offer.

General conditions that apply to all queen ph promotions unless individual promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion may be claimed once per registered account, per verified player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover/turnover) requirement before they become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier and eligible sections are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds have an expiry date. Uncompleted wagering and unused bonus funds are removed at expiry with no compensation.
• Promotions are not available in conjunction with each other unless explicitly stated in the relevant offer terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the queen ph platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Queen ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their activity directly from their account settings, without requiring contact with support. Available tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Queen ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after a request has been made.
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve consecutive months.
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is substantiated following investigation, the verified real-money balance will be returned through the player's most recently used payment method. Bonus balances associated with a breach are forfeited.

Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of any queen ph content is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

The queen ph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Queen ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond queen ph's control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, queen ph and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

Queen ph's total aggregate liability for direct damages in connection with any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

Queen ph collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data from registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Queen ph uses personal data to administer accounts, process transactions, comply with identity verification requirements, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. Personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where legally required.
