Queen ph retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general principles apply:

• Active accounts: Personal data associated with an active queen ph account is retained for the lifetime of the account.
• Closed accounts: Following account closure, account records and transaction data are retained for a post-closure period required by Philippine law and applicable gaming regulations. This is typically a minimum of five years following the last transaction.
